Step 1: Add a property
Go to the Properties menu and click the Add Property button.
Fill in the property details such as address and description, then save. The property will be available for selection in rental contracts.

Step 2: Add a tenant
Open the Tenants menu and click Add new tenant.
Enter tenant information and save. The tenant will be available for contract creation.

Navigate to Rentals → Create new Rental.

Landlord details
Fill in landlord details. Known information will be prefilled automatically.
The landlord does not have to be a system user. This is the person listed in the contract. Notifications will still be sent to you.

Select property
Choose the property you added earlier.
Select tenant
Choose the tenant from your tenant list.
Rental terms
Fill in rental price, deposit, and other conditions.

Contract template
Choose a system template or upload your own contract.
Uploaded contracts will not support automatic field filling.

Review and send
The system prepares the contract.
You can save it as a draft or send it for tenant approval. Until activation, you can make changes.

After activation
Once the contract is activated, it cannot be edited.
To make changes, you must delete the contract and create a new one.
