Service

Mynaj.cz provides an online platform for managing rental properties, tenants, payments, documents, and reports.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for ensuring lawful processing of tenant data.

Business Use (B2B)

If the Service is used by a user acting in the course of business, including property management companies, agencies, or professional landlords, such use shall be considered business-to-business (B2B). In such cases, consumer protection regulations do not apply. Business users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and tenant-related regulations.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans, trial periods, and automatic renewals may apply. Payments are processed securely via Paddle.

Payments for paid plans and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, billing, invoicing, taxes, and refunds. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Users may request a refund by contacting Paddle support or by contacting us at support@mynaj.cz. Refund eligibility depends on the subscription type, usage of the Service, and applicable legal requirements.

Documents

Users may upload or generate documents. The Service does not verify the legal validity of user-generated content.

Availability

We strive to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or legal consequences arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse. Users may cancel their account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
